Sympathy Gift Basket FAQs

The collection ranges from $85 to $195 and includes sympathy fruit baskets, gourmet food assortments, gluten-free selections and include fresh flowers. Contents feature Canadian and Pacific Northwest products, including HardBite chips, Laid Back snack mix, Canadian Select wild salmon, artisan snacks and seasonal fruits. 

Four arrangements in this collection — Fresh Fruit & Baked, Kind Thoughts, Flower & Goodies and Corporate Sympathy Basket — contain fresh flowers, muffins or baked goods and are available by hand delivery only in Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, Northeast Coquitlam, Walnut Grove and North Surrey. All other baskets ship by courier with tracking to any address in Canada.

For the gift baskets containing wines, please consider that these are delivered within British Columbia only. An adult signature (19+) is required.

Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same business day. Arrangements containing baked goods require additional preparation time — please allow one to two business days. The delivery date is chosen on each product page, before you add it to the cart. Common questions about sympathy and bereavement gift baskets

Can I get same-day sympathy gift delivery?
Same-day hand delivery is available in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows when you order before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time, Monday to Friday, subject to availability. Baskets containing  baked goods require at least one business days' preparation and are not available same-day. 

Do you deliver sympathy baskets across Canada?
Most baskets in this collection ship by courier with tracking to any Canadian address. Four arrangements containing fresh flowers, muffins or baked goods are available by hand delivery only and the ones containing wine and are delivered within British Columbia only.

Can I send a condolence gift to a funeral home or workplace?
Yes — funeral gift baskets and workplace condolence gifts are delivered to any address. Provide the recipient name, the location name and the full address when you order.

What is included in a sympathy gift basket?
Arrangements vary from fresh seasonal fruit to gourmet food selections with HardBite chips, Naked Snacks trail mix, artisan crackers and snacks, preserves and baked goods. Prices range from $85 to $195. Every basket includes a personalized card.
