Hand-Delivery Available only for Maple Ridge radius -- rest of Metro Vancouver, the province and Canada by courier 

 DELIVERY SPECIFICS

Our office accommodate your requests for specific delivery dates, you can place the order now and have it delivered later - just mention your preferred date of delivery at the checkout and choose the correspondent shipping service.

During non-peak seasons,  you may expect your gift order to be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

During the peak season, like Christmas, Mother's or Father's Day etc., orders are processed within 1-2 business days -  not including the date your order was placed-  *plus* transit time.  We guarantee our 1-2 business day production lead time mentioned above but actual transit times may be subject to occasional COVID-related delays or recent extreme flood and landslides in our province, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

For gift orders of a time-sensitive nature such as birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, funerals or special occasions we highly recommend placing the order early and choosing correctly the priority service desired.

As you may know, Vancouver has the highest prices at the pump in Canada!

We are working hard to find you the best combination of delivery options and pricing, offering primarily hand-delivery options, combined with FedEx and Canada Post courier delivery. 

For a smooth delivery here are a few ideas to consider:

For the residential deliveries, kindly provide as many details as possible - is there a concierge on site? what is the buzzer number?  a cell number is instrumental to contact your recipient so please leave us the phone number of your recipient, and your phone number .

Delivery time and cost varies depending on the weight/size of the package and the destination, and it will be calculated at checkout with the Canada Post Rates.

Generally you would expect the following rates at the checkout:

Delivery Times and Fees for Greater Vancouver:

*) End of the day for delivery is 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time for business addresses and 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time for residential addresses.  You will get an email with updates on the status of the order and the approximate time of delivery as soon as the delivery was made or at the end of the business day.

Fragile and perishable items as baked goods or flowers are delivered only in Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows and close proximity, as they cannot be shipped by courier to  Vancouver, rest of the province and Canada.

If the recipient is not available to receive the delivery, our courier will leave a call tag advising that an attempt was made. The driver may also release the gift in a safe drop area if he deems the area safe such as a backyard or doorway if accessible.

If the area is not deemed safe, then the carrier will make two more delivery attempts. If unsuccessful at this point, the gift parcel will be returned to our facility and additional return shipping fees will apply.

We update periodically the status of your shipped orders, so please check the status of your order online or email us at sales@basketrevolution.com for any updates on the deliveries.

For bulk orders and more gifts delivered at the same address please inquire about our special pricing.

SATURDAY DELIVERIES:

We do not offer a weekend service at this point in time, if not mentioned otherwise (for special events, like Mother's Day etc.).

ALCOHOL GIFT BASKETS DELIVERIES:

SECTION 8 - LIQUOR DELIVERY SERVICE

As per the British Columbia Liquor Control and Licensing Act, flower shops and gift-basket and hamper businesses can act as a liquor delivery service. The Act permits a delivery service to purchase the liquor on behalf of a customer and deliver the liquor to the customer, respecting the following requirements:

- an order must be placed by a customer before the liquor is purchased, and the liquor must be pruchased on the day of delivery.

- all liquor must be purchase from licensed retailers, like BC Liquor stores etc.

- deliveries must occur between 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 pm

- only customers 19 years of age or order may place an order for liquor.  When proof of age is required , customers must show two pieces of identification at the time of delivery. One of those pieces must be a government issued identification card such as a driver's license with photo, name and birth date. The other piece must contain the person's name along with a signature and/or photo.

- a liquor delivery service may only advertise that it will deliver beer, wine and spirits (or use the word "liquor").  It must not advertise any liquor manufacturers or their brands or prices of the liquor.

- the charge for the liquor must be the price paid by the delivery service for the liquor, plus a separate delivery charge. Basket Revolution Gifts charges a pick fee of $10.00.

PICK - UP OPTION:

We do not offer pick option at this point in time.
