Basket Revolution is a Metro Vancouver–based gift basket company, delivering thoughtfully curated gifts across Greater Vancouver, British Columbia, and Canada.

Our online store is open 24/7, and orders can be placed at any time.

🚚 Delivery Options

Local Hand Delivery

• Available in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows (and Metro Vancouver for special occasions like Christmas, Mother's day etc.)

• Limited availability, depending on product type and delivery volume

• Fragile or perishable items (such as baked goods or flowers) are hand-delivered locally only (Exception for Christmas, Mother's Day etc.)

Courier Delivery

For the rest of Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, and Canada, we ship via trusted courier services such as FedEx, Canada Post and also UPS, Purolator,  or Canpar. 

Delivery costs and timelines are calculated at checkout based on:

• destination

• package size and weight

• selected service level

⏱️ Order Processing Times

• Non-peak periods: orders ship within 24 hours

• Peak seasons (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, etc.):
  orders are processed within 1–2 business days, not including the day the order is placed

While we guarantee our processing time, courier transit times may vary due to weather conditions, service disruptions, or peak-season volume and cannot be guaranteed.

For time-sensitive occasions, we strongly recommend ordering early and selecting the appropriate delivery service at checkout.

📦 Delivery Notes

To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide:

• complete delivery address

• buzzer or concierge details (if applicable)

• a recipient phone number (very important)

• your contact phone number

Delivery attempts and safe drop-offs are handled at the courier’s discretion.
If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, additional return or re-delivery fees may apply.

You will receive email updates regarding the status of your order.

🍷 Alcohol Gift Basket Deliveries (British Columbia)

Alcohol delivery is offered in compliance with the British Columbia Liquor Control and Licensing Act.

Key points:

• Orders must be placed before liquor is purchased

• Liquor is purchased from licensed BC retailers on the day of delivery

• Delivery hours: 9:00 AM – 11:30 PM

• Recipient must be 19+ with valid ID at delivery

• A handling fee of $10.00 applies to alcohol purchases

Alcohol products cannot be shipped outside permitted delivery areas.
