Made to order, one gift at a time

Since 2002, Basket Revolution has helped people and businesses send gifts that feel personal, even when they cannot be there themselves. Today, our family-owned studio continues that work one order at a time.

The difference is in the details: products chosen to belong together, a balanced arrangement, a hand-tied cloth bow, and a printed card placed where the recipient will see it first. The result is a gift that feels considered from the moment it is opened.

What sets us apart

Prepared for the person receiving it. We do not keep finished baskets waiting on shelves. Each gift is prepared to order for its recipient and requested delivery date, with the occasion and personal message in mind. When immediate dispatch is needed, eligible orders placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday, can leave the studio the same business day, subject to availability.

You know what you are sending. Our product pages name the principal contents and makers wherever possible: MADE Chocolates from Toronto, Ethical Bean Coffee roasted in Vancouver, BC VQA wines from the Okanagan Valley, and artisan preserves, charcuterie and cheese selected for quality, presentation and suitability for delivery. If seasonal supply or artisan availability requires a substitution, we choose a comparable item of equal or greater value while preserving the character and presentation of the gift.

Corporate gifting stays manageable. Corporate gifting begins at five gifts. Recipients at several addresses are coordinated through one spreadsheet and one invoice, and greeting cards can carry your company logo on orders of twenty or more. Corporate clients have included Adecco, BC Hydro, Electronic Arts, Fortis BC, General Electric, Hootsuite, IBM, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche Group, RBC Royal Bank and TD Canada Trust. Many return year after year; one has worked with Basket Revolution on its annual Christmas campaign since 2012.

Dietary information is handled openly. Our gluten-free collection uses products identified as gluten-free on their current manufacturer packaging, and the food remains sealed throughout assembly. Basket Revolution is not a certified gluten-free facility, and other sealed products containing gluten are assembled in the same workspace. If the recipient has celiac disease or a serious food allergy, contact us before ordering. We will review the current labels with you and explain what we can accommodate.

Where we deliver

Gifts travel by courier with tracking across British Columbia and Canada. Hand delivery is available Monday to Friday in Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, Northeast Coquitlam, Walnut Grove and North Surrey.

Same-day hand delivery is available in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows for eligible orders placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday, subject to availability. Hand delivery in our other local communities is scheduled for the date selected.

Gifts containing wine or beer are delivered within British Columbia only and must be accepted by someone aged nineteen or over. Gifts containing fresh flowers or freshly baked treats are available within our hand-delivery area only.
