Substitutions are sometimes necessary depending on availability. We always replace with an item of equal or greater value, keeping the style and quality of the gift intact.
How it is made
Basket Revolution is a family business, working in British Columbia since 2002. The people who design the baskets are the people who pack them. Nothing is pre-assembled and nothing is outsourced — each basket is put together after the order arrives.
The wine is purchased from an authorised British Columbia retailer once your order is placed; we do not hold liquor in stock. Its cost is included in the price shown.
Delivery and the 19+ rule
Gifts containing wine are delivered within British Columbia only, to a person aged 19 or over. Photo identification may be requested at the door, and the gift is never left unattended or safe-dropped.
Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time, Monday to Friday, are prepared and dispatched the same day. Same-day hand delivery is available in Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, east Coquitlam, Walnut Grove and North Surrey including Guildford, for a flat $20. Elsewhere in British Columbia the basket travels by courier with an adult signature required, usually within one to two business days.
To avoid a failed delivery, please confirm that someone aged 19 or over will be at the address, and give us any buzzer or unit details. Full terms are on our delivery and shipping page.

Can I choose the wine?
Yes — Canadian red or white, selected when you order. If you would prefer something specific, or a sparkling wine instead, leave a note at checkout or email us before ordering and we will confirm availability and any difference in price.
Can a wine gift basket be delivered the same day?
Same-day hand delivery covers Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, east Coquitlam, Walnut Grove and North Surrey including Guildford, for orders placed before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time on a weekday, at a flat $20. Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond and the rest of British Columbia are dispatched the same day and delivered by courier, usually the next business day.
Can you send wine outside British Columbia?
No. Gifts containing liquor are delivered within British Columbia only. For a recipient in another province we can substitute a non-alcoholic sparkling beverage, a natural lemonade or a specialty tea and adjust the basket accordingly — leave a note with your order.
Does someone have to be home to receive it?
Yes. An adult aged 19 or over must sign for any gift containing alcohol, and it cannot be left unattended. We contact the recipient in advance where we can to arrange a convenient time, and you can add delivery instructions at checkout.
Can you make it without alcohol?
Yes, at no extra cost. The rest of the basket stays as it is and we replace the wine with sparkling water, a natural lemonade or a specialty tea. Leave a note at checkout and the gift can then be sent anywhere in Canada.
