Event Gift Baskets
Event gift baskets for conferences, client events, staff celebrations and anything else that needs the same gift for a room full of people. Three or more, from $75 each, quoted for your project.
Every gift is built to your budget rather than chosen from a fixed range, and they arrive together on the day — at your office, your venue, or your event planner's address.
How it works
- Email us at sales@basketrevolution.com with how many gifts you need, roughly what you would like to spend per person, and the date.
- We propose what to include and quote the full order, delivery included.
- We build them and send you a photograph before they go.
- They arrive on the day, to one address or to many.
What comes with an order of three or more
One invoice. Twenty gifts take one order rather than twenty. Send a spreadsheet of names and addresses and we handle the rest.
Printed cards. A card is included with every gift and we print your message on it. On orders of twenty or more the cards can carry your company logo — send us the artwork and allow a few extra days.
Delivery on the date you need. To a single address, or packed and dispatched separately to a list of recipients.
Consistency. Every gift in the order is built the same, so nobody in the room receives something noticeably different from the person beside them.
What goes in them
Anything in our range and a good deal that is not — fruit, cheese, artisan crackers, chocolate, coffee and tea, baked goods from our local bakery, and keepsakes that stay on a desk or in a kitchen long after the food is gone.
Wine, Champagne, Prosecco or craft beer can be included for delivery within British Columbia, to recipients aged 19 or over. Tell us if any recipient should receive an alcohol-free version and we will build theirs differently without it being obvious.
Dietary requirements are straightforward if we know in advance. Gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, vegan and kosher versions can all be built into the same order.
Timing
For three to twenty gifts, a week's notice is comfortable. For larger orders, or anything in November and December, the earlier we have your list the better — December preparation can take up to three additional business days.
If your date is tight, write to us anyway. We would rather tell you honestly whether we can do it than have you find out late.
How it is made
Basket Revolution is a family business, working in British Columbia since 2002. The people who design the baskets are the people who pack them. Nothing is pre-assembled and nothing is outsourced — which is what makes it possible to build fifty gifts to one brief and have them look like they belong together.
Delivery
Hand delivery is available in Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, Northeast Coquitlam, Walnut Grove and North Surrey including Guildford. Elsewhere in Metro Vancouver, British Columbia and across Canada we ship by courier with tracking. Gifts containing fresh baked goods, flowers or alcohol have their own limits — we will tell you which apply to your order when we quote.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order?
Three gifts, from $75 each. For a single gift, our custom gift basket service builds one to your budget from $150. From three upward we quote the whole order, delivery included.
Can the gifts go to different addresses?
Yes. Send a spreadsheet with names, addresses and any individual card messages, and we pack and dispatch each one separately on a single invoice. There is no extra handling charge for a multi-address order.
Can you put our company logo on the gifts?
On the cards, yes, for orders of twenty or more — send us the artwork and allow a few extra days for printing. We do not print on ribbon or packaging.
How much notice do you need?
A week is comfortable for three to twenty gifts. For larger orders, or for any date in November and December, contact us as early as you can — the holiday season fills quickly and preparation takes longer.
Can you handle dietary requirements across an order?
Yes. Tell us which recipients need gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, vegan, kosher or alcohol-free versions and we build those separately so they look the same as the rest.
