This basket contains wine and is delivered within British Columbia only. An adult signature (19+) is required at delivery.
Substitutions
The wine, gourmet products and presentation container vary with seasonal availability. When a substitution is necessary, we choose an alternative of equal or greater value, keeping the generous size, quality and character of the gift intact.

Frequently asked questions
Can this sympathy basket be sent outside Metro Vancouver?
Yes — it is delivered by courier with tracking to any address in British Columbia. Because it contains wine, it cannot be shipped outside BC.
Does someone need to be home to accept it?
Yes. An adult aged 19 or over must sign for the delivery because the basket contains wine. If you are not sure whether someone will be home, include a phone number for the recipient so the courier can arrange a delivery window.
Can I send a sympathy basket without wine?
Yes. The Pacific Comfort Box ($115) and Simply Fruit ($85) contain no alcohol, ship across Canada, and are part of the same sympathy collection.
What if I need it delivered today?
Same-day hand delivery is available in Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows for orders placed before 11:00 AM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday. For all other BC addresses, the basket is dispatched the same business day and delivered by courier, usually within one to two business days.
