The fruit selection varies with the season and with what is fresh that week. If there is something the recipient particularly likes, or cannot eat, leave a note at checkout.
Why it is delivered by hand
A glass bottle sitting above fresh fruit does not travel well. Rather than send something that arrives with bruised pears, we keep this gift inside the area we can reach ourselves and carry it to the door.
Our hand-delivery area: Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Port Coquitlam, east Coquitlam, Walnut Grove, and North Surrey including Guildford.
For a recipient outside that area, our Wine Appreciation Gift Basket travels by courier within British Columbia, and our fruit gift baskets ship anywhere in Canada.
Delivery and the 19+ rule
Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time, Monday to Friday, are prepared and dispatched the same day, and same-day hand delivery is available at a flat $20 with limited slots each day.
Gifts containing alcohol are delivered within British Columbia only, to a person aged 19 or over. Photo identification may be requested at the door, and the gift is never left unattended or safe-dropped. To avoid a failed delivery, please confirm that someone eligible will be at the address and give us any buzzer or unit details. Full terms are on our delivery and shipping page.

Basket Revolution is a family business, working in British Columbia since 2002. The people who design the baskets are the people who pack them — and, for this one, the people who carry it to the door.
The Champagne is purchased from an authorised British Columbia retailer once your order is placed; we do not hold liquor in stock. Its cost is included in the price shown.

Why can't this basket be couriered?

Can it be delivered the same day?
Yes, within our hand-delivery area, for orders placed before 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time on a weekday, at a flat $20. Slots are limited each day, so earlier is safer.
Does someone have to be home?
Yes. An adult aged 19 or over must receive any gift containing alcohol, and photo identification may be requested. Alcohol is never left unattended. We contact the recipient in advance where we can to arrange a convenient time.
Can you make it without alcohol?
Yes, at no extra cost. We replace the bottle with a non-alcoholic sparkling wine or a natural lemonade and adjust the price accordingly. Leave a note at checkout.
Which fruit is included?
It varies with the season — usually pears, apples and bananas, chosen the morning the basket is packed. Tell us if the recipient has a preference and we will build around it.
