For Vancouver area, Burnaby included, we generally hand-deliver our gift baskets, and contact in advance your recipients to setup a convenient delivery time. However, due to time constraints and volume of orders, especially at Christmas time, gift baskets and boxes can be delivered by our preferred, long-time couriers – FedEx and Canada Post - in which case we do not have control on the exact time of delivery.
In both cases, you will get an email notification with the status of delivery and the approximate time of delivery, sent generally at the end of the day.
As you may well know, Vancouver, has the highest prices at the pump in Canada! We work hard to keep the delivery prices reasonable, offer a superior delivery service and cover business but also the more expensive residential, university and hospital address deliveries.
The shipping price will be calculated at the checkout and varies depending on the priority chosen and the location of your recipient. In the case of gifts containing alcohol, please add also the adult signature feature, to ensure the gift delivery.
